Thank you Antler India for capturing the story behind Kubo Care, why we started, what we saw in our own families, and why dignity in senior care matters so much to us. From Antler Residency conversations to building radar-based ambient monitoring with no cameras and no wearables; this has been deeply personal. 💛 We’re grateful to have started this chapter at Antler, and even more grateful to be building something that we hope makes growing older feel a little safer, and a lot more human. 🫶 #SeniorCare #HealthTech
I've met a lot of founders, but very few inspire like Ayush Agrawal and Anurag Ram Chandran. Every year, 37 million seniors suffer serious injuries from falls — most of them when no one is watching. Ayush and Anurag both lived this reality. Ayush's grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in the '90s — an experience that later led him to build Seniority, India's largest e-commerce platform for seniors. Anurag watched his grandmother go from slight forgetfullness to not being able to recognize him, cycling through 11 care professionals in six months — none adequate. They met on day one of Antler's Residency. A casual chat turned into a 2.5-hour conversation. They hadn't just seen the same problem — they'd lived it. Together they built Kubo Care — radar-based ambient monitoring that detects falls, tracks vitals, and monitors sleep and environment. No wearables. No cameras. No compromise on dignity. The breakthrough: using the Doppler principle (like how a bat navigates), their system converts radar signals into a 17-joint skeletal figure — distinguishing a person falling from a chair moving, all without a single camera or device on the body. Their mission: keep 1 billion seniors safe and independent worldwide. Their story is still being written, we at Antler feel lucky to play a small part in it.

Caregiving is already demanding. Good technology doesn’t create more tasks, it quietly reduces them. #Caregivers #HealthTech #SeniorCare #QuietCare

Good care doesn’t interrupt rest. It protects. Kubo Care stays quietly present in the background, without alarms, cameras, or constant checks, so sleep remains what it should be: uninterrupted, dignified, human. Because dignity often begins with a good night’s rest. #DignifiedCare #SeniorWellbeing #QuietTechnology #KuboCare

Independence doesn’t mean being alone. It means living without feeling observed or managed. That’s what respectful care looks like. #IndependentLiving #SeniorCare #QuietCare

Wearables can help. But only if they’re used every day. Care shouldn’t rely on memory or habit. It should work quietly, in the background. #CareTech #SeniorSafety #QuietCare #DesignForAging

Every night highlights one quiet truth: The most dangerous moments often happen when no one is watching. Bed exit alerts exist for that reason. To notice movement without monitoring. To detect risk without invading privacy. They answer one simple question families keep asking: “Can safety exist without surveillance?”
-
Most care systems rely on watching. But the moments that matter most often happen in private spaces. Privacy and safety don’t have to compete. Good care can protect both, without invading privacy. #CareWithoutCompromise #SeniorCare #PrivacyFirst

“Just put a camera there.” “Give them a wristband.” That’s how senior tech is often designed; through control, not care. Kubo is different: - No video feeds - No compliance from seniors - No behaviour change required Because seniors shouldn’t have to trade their privacy to earn their safety. In a world of surveillance, We choose dignity as a design principle. The safest care is the one you forget is even there. #PrivacyByDesign #seniorSafety #KuboCare
