We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to manage our bottom funnel customer acquisition across our Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB segments. Reporting to the JAPAC Marketing Director, your role involves supporting product-led sales motions by crafting, building, and operating multi-channel campaigns. These campaigns convert into form-fills, MQLs/MQAs, and pipeline (PG), capturing demand across the entire APAC region. This is a highly visible and cross-functional role, where you’ll work with both Global-based Demand Generation and Regional Marketing (Field) Managers, as well as Brand/Social, Paid Media, Marketing Ops, and Regional Sales teams. An ability to wear many hats and boldly prioritise is key to success, as well as excellent communication.

An ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for juggling multiple high-impact projects at once, working across multiple teams, markets, and channels to create localised versions of global motions, and build a localised strategy. You have an understanding of how to educate different personas about Figma, our products, and their value through APAC-wide marketing campaigns. You’ll know how to measure success across several channels (ex: CPL, CPMQL, open rate, click through rate email capture, MQLs, etc.), as well as tie metrics back to larger ROI and business goals (PG, ARR). You know how to motivate your colleagues to get the job done, and have top notch communication and project management skills to drive revenue-driving initiatives forward.

This is a full-time role that will be based in Singapore.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Act as the connective tissue between the APAC Regional Marketing Managers, Global Demand Generation, and Global Brand/Social/Paid Media/Lifecycle teams to drive our key product & sales-led motions within the region
  • Drive APAC-wide demand efforts for each of our sales segments (SMB, Mid Market, Enterprise) through multi-channel localised experiences to each of our core personas
  • Be responsible for defining the appropriate lead stages, correct routing, funnel performance, and pipeline creation for our marketing programs, in partnership with our APAC Marketing Operations Manager
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing leadership, managers, and sales reps within APAC to understand business objectives and translate those into impactful programs that achieve desired outcomes
  • Partner with Regional Marketing teams to help tailor Demand Gen programs to fit their local needs
  • Report on each initiative and how performance is pacing across sub-regions (ex: ANZ, India, Korea etc), in addition to providing feedback to the Global Demand Generation team on how to improve centrally led campaigns
  • Lead ongoing communications, monthly and quarterly business reviews and influence a range of stakeholders including senior executives

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Extremely strong communication and project management skills, with experience being the point person for large-scale revenue campaigns or initiatives
  • Previous experience in both tops down and bottoms up product-led sales motions to scale pipeline needs for rapidly growing companies
  • Strong ability to gather input and establish alignment between a large number of senior stakeholders, particularly across sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully articulating large global programs within the APAC region, and building ground-up strategy that fits local market nuances
  • Strong analytical skills to draw conclusions and make business decisions and a strong collaborative attitude
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
